We topped off the tanks yesterday via a bunkering vessel/fuel barge. There is only one fuel dock in the area and it's private.* When we pulled along side I had an empty peanut butter jar to take a sample.* The guys on the bunker vessel started laughing.* The mate came out with*2 sample bottles.* He dumped*couple of gallons*in a tank on their vessel and*then filled the sample bottles;*one for him and one for us.* We sure felt like a big ship.* We have drawn fuel samples before but this was a first*where the supplier did it as SOP.*

Diesel*was $4.30/gallon, Colon
