Any South Louisiana boaters going to the wooden boat fest?

This weekend? We're going to be anchored out all weekend In the bend of the river just up from Friends.

We were walking the riverfront tonight admiring the boats. Can't wait to be able to tour some of them. There are some beauties out there.

Yes. I usually anchor below the bridge but we will see what's available when we get there.

Why must Wooden Boat directly conflict with Cruising the Coast? In Apalachicola today, C the C tomorrow, and WB Sunday.

We were hoping to be home by then but still in Florida, out of the storm effects thankfully. Is it just this weekend or does it go into next week?

Why were the boat tied up next to the houses and not farther out in the canal like years passed?? Did they limit the number of boats near the bridge, looked like some were tied up in the bend?

We were in the bend by choice. We were there Friday-Monday. Had a great time.
I was disappointed that I dint get to tour the only boat I really wanted to...the Lone Wolf. They weren't letting people on when we were on land.
