You cannot delete but you can edit for a short while after you post. After which time it is locked.
If you duplicate post just quickly go in and edit your text to say "duplicate post."
Or you can ask a admin or mod to delete it for you.

You can click the REPORT POST icon in the lower left corner of the post. It opens a dialogue box where you can alert the Site Team that you'd like the post deleted or edited if the time limit has passed. Don't worry about bothering us...we are here to help and it's never a bother.
