We have a 36 ft gulfstar trawler. For us, a great coastal cruiser. Northeast coast. This is a round full displacement hull with full length ballasted keel. Stil at anchor and I some beam seas the roll is uncomfortable. I would like to add some type of passive stabilization. I like the concept of bildge keels. I would think on a round hull they could make a difference. Any comments and where Cani find a designer with experience using bildge keels.

Far simpler to anchor and pull the boat so it points into the swell.

WE have 1ft deep 35 ft long bilge keels installed on out 50 ft Navy Utility when she was a lobster boat , and she still rolls in a beam sea,

Flopper stoppers might work anchored as well as underway.
