I do not know if I was on another planet for the past couple of months, but I recall talk about ads, they appeared, and now they're gone?* Did the Forum members shout this down?*
Anything to keep the forum free works for me. Tks again to our moderators

Well, they're back on my computer too. When I wrote the post, I was at my son's computer - he is a techie with a really fast and sophisticated system, on a FIOS connection in the DC area. I SWEAR the ads weren't there. Might be a really advanced ad-blocker?
