You just keep slip ons inside the ER door. No shoes on board is a stupid "rule". It's very stupid in an ER. Moving around a boat bare foot is obviously dangerous to your feet and toes and worse on carpet than a shoe with clean soles. I'm guessing that video was supposed to be funny?
