Cruise to Watmough Bay on Lopez Island, San Juan Islands

Spent last weekend on the hook in Watmough Bay on Lopez Island. I have cruised all around the San Juan Islands but this was my first time here Amazing hike and views if you can do the difficult hike to the top of the hill as you come into Watmough Bay.

Watmough Bay is on my to-visit list for this summer.
 
There is not much room but a good depth for anchoring as well as 3 mooring balls are available. It's completely open to the east so it may not be comfortable with any type of wind from that direction.
