I believe they are about gas absorbsion types..... not sure about dual voltage.

They make this type in AC, DC and LPG. I see many LPG Dometics in houseboats and they are not uncommon on boats. The LPG do not meet ABYC standards as they have pilot lights and are not room combustion sealed. ie. they draw combustion air from the cabin ...... incredibly stupid. The tri versions used to come standard on Gemini Cats
