Just saw a post on Boater Ed. Stabilized, DDs, in Florida. Looks like it's been cared for, and the post contains what looks like a candid description of what would be needed to make the boat usable or even perfect.

Doesn't seem like the not-uncommon "free" derelict. Owner apparently has health issues.
