Well, the newest ones I'm seeing listed on Yachtworld are 2005, but I think they were still produced later than that. Pretty sure 1990 isn't correct.

When I talked to them in the 2011-ish time frame they still listed the 39 as a model but would build one only for a specific order. They didn't really expect to build any more.
Don't know that I ever personally saw one newer than 2008 or so.
