Trawler Fest – Bravo Zulu!

I had plans to attend Trawler Fest this week. I was looking forward to the marine diesel engine class followed by a day at the in the water show, but the effects of Jonas cancelled my plans. No flights out of Albany until Thursday, despite the fact we have no snow.

I want to extend a heart felt Bravo Zulo to the team at Passage Maker who responded promptly to my request for a refund, despite the tickets being non-refundable. Special thanks to Pam and Will for their exceptional customer service and understanding.
