NEW LISTING, OWNER MOTIVATED....

CALL BOB BROKER..... (XXX) XXX-XXXX

"I'm sorry, but that number is not in service....."

Makes me want to do business with them. Not.

And what is a "Grinned Down Bottom?" They just stood there and laughed the paint off?

Maybe they meant a "Grinded" down bottom? Still not correct, but you get the idea, a bottom that has been worked on with a grinder?

Or maybe that is a nautical term, new to me.

"Grinded down" is a term used for bottom work on "trawlers" only, with "ground down" and "resurfaced" being appropriate terms for semi-displacement and planing hulls respectively.:socool:

Au contraire, Larry. Planing hulls have been observed to be "grinded" on more than one occasion. May I reference the recent 'Wall got Gotcha' thread to see actual pics of a planing hull "grinded" to a sudden stop;).
