The ice chest is almost as big as the boat. ?

Oh, you want to go there? Google Image search "red neck boat"...... make sure you have some tissues on hand as you're going to die laughing.

You mean like my 'Bama buddy here? Don't get so high-fallutin on us boy! Even though he's got all the ship and crew logos lined up all yachty-like...

May I present TOTS underway. She's a cata-canoe (two canoes, two sheets of plywood) and is quite the sight. TOTS is an acronym for Terror Of The Seas (obviously the creator has a sense of humor) He's a nice fellow...

TOTS:

And, a sight when sober one would not expect to see on the river:

Plus, the full view in case you thought you were seeing things:

Love it. Keep 'em coming.

Another great redneck boat, the thinking man's pilot house. On the hard in Morehead City, but has been sighted (took this with my old Blackberry, so not so artistic)

Really, is it that much more "weirder" than this?:

Quit riding my wake!

Got the flowers going on, a green house, tool shed, porta potti head, A/C in the master suite, and a tower for those offshore trips.

This is a real winner

Hey, 'Bama's got no monopoly on rednecks. We have some in Maine, too:

In case you missed it, that's a lobster trap hauler on the port side of the car:

What's the A/B ratio on that trailer rig I wonder? ?

I could be wrong, but that looks like a photoshop job there.

If I am wrong... :whistling:

There was a homeless man I knew in Antigua who built a boat out of lumber and milk bottles. It was sturdy enough that he was able to take tourists out fishing around the island on it. Unfortunately he didn't secure it well before a hurricane blew through, so when I knew him he was back living on the beach, catching fish there for the local restaurants.

We were heading south last year towards St. Augustine. For a few minutes I thought the panga might get a way. Homeland Security won though.

Greetings,
Mr. LM. Ran into somewhat the same scenario in the same general area only it was 1 on 1. Perp' failed as well. Really threw me for a loop when these two boats appeared at very high speed seemingly out of nowhere and proceeded to "exercise" much too close to our vessel.

When I was cruising down the ICW yesterday I came upon a "go fast" Sheriff boat that had beached itself trying to cut a corner into another canal. They had the three 300 HP engines screaming in reverse trying to get off.

I tried to take a picture but chickened out-- I was having a beer. I acted like I didn't see them.

Uh.... that's not just a tower, it's me flybridge! better view from up here.:ermm:

You're right, Jim. Someone here on the Forum used the basic photo and added the tuna tower and some other items in the Ugly Boats thread a few years ago.

I would have no idea who here would do such a thing. NOT!!!!!

RT: Exercise is the word. A few days later we were informed that there is a Homeland Security training facility in St. Augustine. They do seem to have some interesting toys.
