Carl: Everyone pays the same. Pemex, the national oil company sets the retail fuel price and everyone has to sell it for that. Fuel docks, since they are locked into a fixed price, charge an additional 10 - 20% dockage or moorage fee to cover their overhead and profit. If we wanted to "jerry jug" it, we could buy it at a Pemex gas station at the national price. The only fuel dock we have found that doesn't charge a dockage fee is in San Blais. They sell to the areas shrimp fleet.
