I'm betting at least someone from the PNW can identify this marina.* The name of the sculpture is "Bobbit's Nightmare."

Haines Alaska, at least that's where the Chilkat Vallley is located as well as the*beginning of the Chilkoot Trail.

Yes, Genoa Bay. And the Bobbit is the famous, or infamous, John Wayne Bobbit.
