I was having problems with my battery isolator which I bought back in January. Sent it back to Promariner where they could not duplicate the problem. They sent me a new one and every thing is working again. Thank you Promariner for great customer service!:thumb:

I have the very same unit so this is good to hear.

Marty.........................

I had a relay that started sticking. With every thing turned off, I still had two blue lights. When a company backs their product, I tend to give them my business....

I just sent mine back two weeks ago. It has been installed 2.5 years. The starboard side would not recognize the ignition voltage when applied and thus the STB alternator would not feed the unit. Due to full time cruising I had a new one sent to a marina and installed. The old one was sent back to Promariner. They sent me a new one, that will now be a spare. Ditto on the excellent service.

Is it common for these to go bad, whether PM or competition?

I hope it isn't common. I would like to see this last for many years to come....
