Best diesel fuel prices, $1.93. Taxes included. Free pump out. Free dockage when you eat at their diner. That includes electric. New floating docks that are well protected. These guys bend over backwards for you. On my list for all future trips. They are located just north of the old removed Steel Bridge just south of Norfolk.

Yes, Top Rack seems to be the consistently lowest price for diesel in the mid Atlantic on the ICW.

Nice place, but isolated if you want to do any provisioning or eat somewhere else. Does afford you a good view of the asphalt plant across the way and all the construction on the new Dominion Blvd bridges and road work which it is right next to.

Atlantic Yacht Basin is usually with .05 per gallon but gives a discount for quantity and open 24/7. Plus if you need a little service or parts its the better stop. Last year I did fuel up at Top Rack before the new bridge opened I had to wait anyway may as well fuel up
