1999 Ocean Alexander 52 Helm Chair. Trying to figure out who made the original helm chair. Anyone recognize this one?

The chair on the left is the one in the OPs post. The chair on the right is on an OA 42 2006. They look pretty similar and are probably made by OA?

Maybe an older Springfield Chair. Fabric pattern is similar to what they used back in 07.
