I have been searching Yachtworld for several weeks and have noticed a lot of reasonable price boats located in Ontario, i live in the Great lakes region.
What is involved in bringing a boat into this country?

Not much.
If the boat is manufactured in North America it comes in duty free.
If from else where there will be tariffs plus your sales tax.
I highly recommend doing it through a custom broker. They'll take care of the paper before you enter the country.
Very reasonable cost.

Canada is a bargin right now at $1.32 U.S. dollar

Greetings. Contact Greg Heffering at pghsimcoe@rogers.com or 1 705 330 4876

I'm sure he'll be thrilled that you're posting his work E-mail address on an open online forum. Considering Rogers.com is not a marine related business.

I hope your good friends.
