If you're far off like me, this is a great time to buy. I have too much time in front of me to worry about standard market fluctuations. We tend to overlook the long road up and only focus on the little backslides. Look how far we've come in the past few years.
I would hope that anyone close to drawing would be invested in such a way as to protect their principle and these downturns don't have much direct impact on recurring income.

Dow 6000 again or below would be a far better entry point.
