I am trying to replace the studs that attach the motor mounts to the stringers in my boat. I cant find a source. I am also not sure what to call them in a search any help is appreciated.

Lagstuds...at least that is what I have always called them. I have purchased galvanized ones from a hardware store. I would think West Marine, or a local marine supply would have them in stainless.
 
Or "Hanger Screws". McMaster Carr has them.
