Hi folks. I am going to take a close look at a 1985 OA trawler in a few days. I have the impression that OAs are considered well-built and seaworthy. They seem similar to the Defevers, and I like the twin engine setup and shallow draft. Any opinions and comments would be welcome, especially from anybody with direct experience on the smaller OAs. And a related question - is it still easy to get parts and service for Lehman 135s? Many thanks.

They were and are still well built.

It's a shame they made a business decision to get out of the trawler and small boat market.

We feel lucky to have the last one they made.

Yours would be an Ed Monk design, which is worth a lot!

I'm on my second one. My first one was an OA 42 twenty rears ago. Great boats!!!
