If anyone is interested, there is a Great Harbour 37 for sale in Seattle, Wa. It's at Waterline Boats. Model year is 2000 and they are asking $259,000. Waterlineboats.com. Not affiliated with them, I've just seen people on this site looking for them.

That GH37 has been on the market for some time as also a 2000 GH37 in Kemah, TX. The GH37 is a nice roomy boat but its height and lack of dock level side decks makes it somewhat awkward, specially if pets are involved.
 
I have seen the Seattle GH. It looks to be in pretty good shape, but as Donsan mentioned, deck layout is a bit awkward.
