Lehman 120 On-engine Fuel Filter Housing

I am planning on by-passing the mechanical fuel lift pump and instead use a Walbro electric pump. My question is with the female inlet for the filter housing. Is it NPT or is it straight pipe threads? My sense is it's NPT. I will be running a fuel line from the Racors directly to the filter housing.

Why reinvent the wheel?

The original systems works just fine. Leave it alone.

And the on engine filter block is not NPT as I recall. It's a type of flare fitting.

Just use fuel hose. No need to even remove the fittings. Cut the tubing and slip the fuel line over and clamp. It is low pressure so no need to work about leaks.
