Very cool!

Heck, even if I could get it off the ground without crashing, bringing her back to earth probably wouldn't fare so well!

Great job by the pilot.

Wow, I'm impressed. Very nice model and an excellent job of piloting it.

Thanks for sharing it with us.

All I can say is WOW!...thanks for sharing.

Wow, what a great looking model, complete with afterburners!

That is an awesome RC model! I am simply amazed at what people put together in their back yards (so to speak). Thanks for sharing!

That was cool!

Wow. I have a 4.5 foot rc model of a spitfire, gas powered. I am impressed!

Back in the late '90s, I had Chuck Yeager's flight simulator program.
The SR 71 was one of the planes and it was the only one I never managed to land on the virtual runway.

I would think flying the model may be harder than flying the real thing.

I met Chuck Yeager in Cal flying a tailless canard ultralight. Like me at the time. He seemed quite leery of it. Flew it like a test pilot doing it by the numbers. That must have been about 1990.

Eric, I met him at the Sun and Fun fly in when he gave a talk in the Ultralight tent. Very impressive man.

A little obsession of mine

Think I might have gotten a little carried away
