Can anyone recommend a facility offering dry land storage (May-October) for boats 25' - 30' LOA in Broward County, Florida? Boat would have to be hauled (no trailer).

Sundance Marine.

Big Bucks?

Look at www.riverforestyc.com/inside conditioned space.

No Green fuzzy interior or exterior bird poop .

And their bldg is insured for Hurricanes!

A storm surge can be 15 ft over normal high tide , be sure the storage place is at least that high.

Good luck finding 15' of elevation near the water around here. Better hope the boat will fit in a rack.

And they did not use sea sand to anchor the rack.

Marina 1 in Deerfield Beach, three miles from Boca Inlet, in / out storage, clean well kept facility.

Well, the good thing is that the ICW in Fort Lauderdale has never had 15' of storm surge. Not even close.

The area in which we live is no longer even classified as a high risk flood zone. We are in a 0.2% annual chance of a flood, which means once every 500 years.

In 1964, Hurricane Cleo caused 5' of surge. In 1947, we had a hurricane that produced 11' tides maximum so that would be about 8 1/2' of surge.

Try playboy marine on the Dania cut off canal
