Solved the problem on line by searching marine sliding door hardware. They had 3 styles. Should work. Standby for results

LOL...Yes, Look again. Seems the track is $1.25/inch which is pretty reasonable.....
The page is deceptive and quotes for a 15" section..

Keep the boat!

I'm thinking I can get away with just a pair of their trucks, but I have to pull the door and do some measuring..
