BC Forest Service traditional was a buff stack with black top.

Xs....if the boat was certified to carry passengers there will be a stability booklet in the pilot house.
 
How about white, with a blue top to match your existing bottom paint.
 
Tad, there was a lot of documentation missing, except for a pretty good library of manuals. It was a crew boat and did some fire-fighting so it carried a lot of personnel, but they didn't sell tickets so it may not have been CSI.
