The price of heating oil , diesel sans taxes, broke below $2.15 this AM.

Can $2.00 diesel be far behind?

Cheapest road diesel in Baton Rouge area $3.15 this morning

It’s all [Strike]Bush’s[/Strike] Obama’s fault. :D

Drat, I couldn't get the strike-through to show on "Bush's"

EDIT: There you go....no charge this time.

I wish I had known that. We paid $3.10 for heating oil Friday for my FIL's house. That was in MD.

Gasoline is now $1.99 in OK City , love this drop.

Heating oil should eventually get there , finally diesel.

The Saudis are attempting to destroy fracking, they will not be successful , as it is world wide ,and too inventive to hold down for long.

But love the war ! as oil may again go to $40.00 BBL (my guess)

I wish those prices would come to the PNW, I would fill my tanks full.....

Fill 'em now, before the eventual swing up in price....

Turns out Port of Brownsville, near Bremerton WA, was just @ $2.98/gal so we topped off our tanks on the way home on Sunday. That 190 gallons did not hurt near as much as when we topped off a few months ago.

When a BBl broke $ 58 heating oil broke below $2,00 so the price will continue down.

With gasoline in TX below $2.00 now , when (if ) a BBL goes back to under $40 , that $2.00 diesel will be here.

The USA is still an oil importing nation , so every cent oil and fuel continues to drop is good , as we send less cash to many non friends , and our businesses and consumers are all richer.

If we can keep our gov from confiscating this bounty with higher fuel taxes , it will help start a actual economic recovery.
