Is that for the Android version? Since I ordered my iPhone version a month prior to yours I'm hoping they didn't ship you my camera by mistake! :)

No, that's...FLIR. This is something better, less expensive, that seems to have some launching issues.

Bligh

I take it yours is a droid version

Seems similar...even though the west description uses term "NIGHT VISION" which it appears not to be.

Just another small infrared camera.

Pretty sure it's not IR.
From the WM website:
" Sensor Resolution: Visible camera (used for FLIR MSX blending): VGA; FLIR Lepton thermal camera core: 60 x 80, 4,800 pixel "

What would it be then?

FLIR is infra red.

Neat how you can see the entire hot tire behind the shrubs on the truck in the second pic.

Interesting. Now how about posting some pics of of the back of your electrical panel with loads on it and your engine while running.

Sorry Bill,
I'm still a slave to my job. You'll have to wait till the weekend.

Would love to see some night photos when you have a chance. I wonder if this would be useful for navigation on dark nights. We picked up a digital IR night vision scope with an AV output that I've hooked into our chartplotter. It works well when I hold it up to the pilot house windows, but only at relatively close range.

I got my Seek cmaera about a week ago, order #3734, android. Been playing with it when I have a chance. One pic is my coffee cup, one is a Yanmar 4 cylinder at cruising rpm, and the other is a 12 volt relay that I found that's getting warm, notice the one wire that's warm also. It's going to be a really good tool to have in my bag, glad I got it.

If it's an IR camera it wouldn't matter if it was day or night because it's not imaging visible light. It's imaging heat differences.
