Hi Gentlemen

Any of you guys here is familiar with Vesper Marine AIS systems, mainly those that use iPads or iPhones as monitors?

We have one. The XB-8000. Works great with iPhones and iPads. One thing that is now supposed to be fixed was that the XB-8000 wouldn't show up via N2K on garmins. But other then that we like
It.
 
Just came across this thread. The problem was in the Garmin NMEA 2000 firmware and they released an update to fix it in their MFD's. Vesper Marine also released an update that works around the issue for those people who haven't updated their Garmin MFD yet.

We have the system and it works great! Vesper also has excellent Tech Service via their website with quick response to email questions.

I second the quick response via email, had a number of questions along with followup questions and they got back to me right away, nice to see in this day and age of minimal tech support.
