Sale pending isn't sold.

Seems a bit on the expensive side for a 36' Grand Banks or am I wrong?

for a 1989 boat it seems way expensive

That was the asking price. Maybe Pilothouse King can tell us after it has closed what she sold for.

Although with the full canvas cover, Webasto central heat, single engine, custom SS water tanks, bow thruster, looks real clean and in the PNW, which seems to bring a premium...

Well cared for boats seldom last long if priced in the ballpark. Grand Banks Europa's are perhaps the single most sought after boat in the PNW. I'm not surprised but like PHK said, "Sale pending isn't sold". Huge difference between the two.

A member here last year jumped on an Albin 25 that was sale pending where the prospective buyer had a bunch of BS contingencies along with a low-ball offer and in that case the second mouse got the cheese.

The fact Canadian duty has been paid might have added to it's sale value as well, if sold in Canada.

That is a nice looking boat!

I agree. Single w/bow thruster, Europa, Grand Banks, looks to be in excellent shape, well equipped - what's not to like?
