I was very close to buying a CHB before I found (& fell in love with) my Rawson - even had an offer in on one.* The forum archives go back years, and there are over 13000 entries.
Before I got serious about looking at boats, I skimmed all 13000 forum entries and probably read over a thousand of them.* Some of the members have put up detailed articles about what to look for when buying one, how they went about repairs for leaky decks & windows, engine R&R, fuel tank replacement, etc.
