I've long been curious what they ship in/out of the Port of Stockton. Answered here:

There were some surprises for me.
 
I've been involved with ammonia, molasses and concrete. There are other items but it's mostly an off load only destination.
 
If they were shipping concrete they'd never unload it - I believe you mean cement.
