Boat Values
Thanks for the welcome to the forum. I have been looking at trawlers for years and am finally in a place where I can buy one. I know a boat is worth only what some one is willing to pay for it, but what is the best way to establish a value when yore making an offer on a boat? NADA ?

My IG Dimensions Chart does not show a "49" in f/g. The largest f/g boat, a 44, is 4ft 3". Craig`s info is probably right on, looking at the gradual draft increment with length.
On the other hand, the wooden "50" draft is 5ft, 1&1/2", I`ve seen one, a seriously big volume 50, unfortunately built of meranti, not teak.
