Reckless Ric's, sort of a waterfront biker bar, has become our destination of choice for quick, fun day trips.* The wait staff are all friendly, buxom, young ladies.* The food is good, the prices reasonable and the drinks just keep on coming.

Me and some of my co-workers decided we work too hard and too much so we took a day off.* Everyone liked it so much we did it again a month or so later.

Sounds like a cool place! Where are you located?

OH for crying out loud.* Sun, sand, blue sky's and beautiful ladies.* Don't you know there is snow to be shoveled, ice to be melted and heating fuel to be purchased?* Who's got time for hanging out at the biker bar?* Ok, perhaps I should MAKE time huh?* That settles it, were going to Trawler Fest in San Diego...........Arctic Traveller

Trawler training and yacht charters at www.arctictraveller.com

Sounds really good right about now....

I'm just south of Baltimore.* The osprey is on Rock Creek, where our slip is located.* Ric's is a bit north of that, on Furnace Creek, which is just off Curtis Creek, where a major CG yard is located.* In the picture of the sunken tug you can see a highway sign in the background - that's on the Baltimore Beltway - just a few minutes from the Francis Scott Key bridge.

Oh yeah, and the hottest lady on the boat, my trusty assistant, was the one taking the photos. We'll have to make sure she gets in some of the pics next year.

My Buddy live in Baltimore on his boat Spoiled Rotten . He goes to place called farley creek i think ? Have you ever seen the boat?

Boy, I'm just not sure.* The name sounds familiar, but I bet there's more than 1 "Spoiled Rotten" out there.

There's a Marley Creek right in the area.* Curtis Creek splits into Furnace & Marley Creeks.* Could that be the area?

Well maybe Lark ?* The boat is a 60ft Chriscraft if you bump into him he is a great time . He lives on his boat off Boston Rd. down town.

Did you mean Boston "Street"?* That's a sweet area to be living on a boat.* Right in the Fells Point/Canton area.* A cool, hip part of Baltimore.* Just about everything you need is within walking distance.* I've been trying to find affordable waterfront property there for years. And, as usual, I'm about 5 -7 years behind the curve.*

Yes Boston St. He has a great setup there right in the very corner. I love being down in
Baltimore so much to do and the boating people are so friendly and they all like having big rafting parties. Are you close to Anchor Bay marina?

I'm about an hour or so away at my standard, blistering 7kt cruise!

Yeah - "Slow Ride", "Slow Hand", etc.* All good names for a trawler.* The SO wouldn't let me change ours to "Curmudgeon"

Hey, if you're in such a hurry, you should have left yesterday!
