Definitely non standard. The main heat exchanger normally mounts at the back of the engine. What`s with the extra tank on top, seems to have a cap on it, is it a FW expansion tank?
It all looks fairly new, but I see that area of leakage which I guess is your immediate concern. Escaping hot salt water is not good for paint or metal.
