After having the original roller break apart twice after going to all chain & then again when I went from a Fortress FX-23 to a FX-37. I decide I needed to improve the durability of the other components. I bought a roller assy. off eBay & the marina's mechanic who does excellent f/glass repairs re-worked the pulpit. I hope this will be much sturdier than the original.

Looks pretty butch to me. How thick is the glass layup?

I installed a chainpipe with a pick to replace the original that was rather flimsy, the pick is made of 1"x1/4" & is replaceable, fastened to the chainpipe with 2- 5/16" bolts. I'am hoping that this set up cures any more problems when retrieving the anchor.
I don't know how thick the glass is, I know nothing about f/glass repair, Jeff the mechanic here does very good work, he has done some for me in the past, because of my lack of knowledge in this area I depend on him to do a quality repair.
