Could be Alaska, byt thats not the dock at Yakutat. :) At least not as I remember it. Too skinny.

*** edit *** Nope, not Yakutat, at least not the public dock. No buildings nearby.

Its a heck of a walk into town from the public dock. A few miles. Best to tie up at the fuel company dock and walk up the hill to the little store.
