Ha! Reuben's picture and article were published in May 1985! That's 28 years ago...and you know that picture HAD to have been taken prior to the article. How much prior is anyone's guess. :socool:
 
If you have checked out magazine articles on "Sunshine" you'll see he has aged well, unlike me.
 
2500 watts of solar

I have 9 - 275 watt panels with 800 amp/ hr solar batts. , I anchored out everyday for 3 months in exumas with full sized frig and 4 big screen t.v. s , dishwasher, 110 volt h2o pressure pump , lights, small bait freezer,small ice maker, micro, coffee pot,batt.charger,and only had to run gen. 2 hrs. Each nite for water maker
