Keep an eye out in case they're strand-feeders. I've seen them do it in the Kiawah River and heard there are a few rivers in GA where it happens. Really a spectacular sight.

Daddyo-in the 80's we used to cruise often between Little River, SC and Hilton Head. It was not unusual at all to see dolphins in the ICW at the points where a river crosses. My favorite used to be around the Santee, north of Charleston, every time we went through, there would always be a ton of dolphins in the ICW.
