Try the Powerquadrons in your area, Local trade schools that teach budding mechanics, engine dealers and distributors. Yanmar I belive has several distributors that offer classes.
Also look into American Diesel. They offer classes. They may offer something in your area at some point.
And last but not least ask around some of the local repair shops and marinas,
If they don't teach classes often they will know of sources.
