I sent these away Perkins blue, do I need to re-paint them?

Just spray the tops with Corrosion X, IMO. Why complicate things? However plenty of people like to have everything on the engine painted, including the PO of my boat when he had the engines reworked, more common than not.

Can you share the cost and turn around time for your injector rework? I'm thinking I might have to do mine in the near future.

JG Parks in Grasonville, MD. I dropped them off on Monday and picked them up yesterday. They quoted me between $60 and $80 but ended up $290 for 4. If you have them do yours, contact their shop in Mardela Springs, MD that is where they service them.

Having had a pricing game played on me a couple of times in Boston, I began sending my injector work to Blue Ridge Diesel in VA and have been trated fairly by them. Sounds & looks like you needed 4 new nozzles so $75 each is not unreasonable if that is what they did.

Your reworked injectors look as if they have been painted or media-blasted to bare metal. If painted then decide if they go with your colour scheme or not. If they are bare metal, I would recommend priming and painting the exposed parts ASAP before corrosion sets in. Painting the barrels (which were orginally a tad rusty) might give problems, but something akin to Corrosion-Block grease might be a good idea.
