Trac stabilizers with STAR

Does anybody out there have TRAC Stabilizers with STAR(stabilization at rest)? If so do you recommend them and have you had any problems with them? Maintenance etc.

I just recently received a very favorable review from a guy on the Nordhavn Owners's site. I have them going on my new boat.
