SL 555 Sea Tiger Windlass

I was fortunate to acquire a SL 555 SeaTiger windlass in need of overhauling.* It has sat for some time and I'd like to disassemble, clean and replace any worn parts.* I have the operating and parts list document from the Lewmar website.* But what I don't have is any instruction on disassembly, maintenance and reassembly.

Does anybody have any instructions that might help?* Any tips, tricks or traps I should know about?

Thanks!* I've seen some of the chatter on that forum but missed this bit.* I love the apparent simplicity of the SL555.* And if it's rugged and dependable enough for those off-the-grid cruisers, it's certainly good enough for me!
