Need info on cruising to Kodiak Island

Next summer I'll be going to Kodiak Island for a couple of months of sport fishing and sightseeing.* I have been across the Gulf of Alaska as far as Seward, but that's it.* There don't seem to be any cruising guides, so I'd like any available information. I'm not looking for things like fuel stops, getting the boat ready or that sort of stuff, but instead I'm interested in local knowlage about things like good places to fish, good anchorages and harbors, things or places to avoid, dangerous passes, things that must be seen, any weather tips, earlyest and latest months for good weather etc.* I'm just now begining my reasearch, and often times find it to be quite enjoyable.** Thanks in advance.*** Captain Jeff Coult
