While living in Germany, my Admiral and I bought a Ketler mechanical resistance cross- trainer with boat use in mind. I doubt that most boats have the headroom to use it, but even so, the salt air promises an early death to the resistance mechanism. Meanwhile, I could use some trawler yoga classes to limber my stiffening frame for future trips into the gennie space.
