Because of the shape of the over head on our cockpit, pull ups and chin ups can be done easily. Crunches and pushups take care of a lot of the rest for resistance training. For cardio, use oars for your dinghy.
I had this conversation with the owner of our marina last week. He wanted to set it up as more of a destination marina rather than a boat yard. There is a public wilderness park with several miles of trails on an island attached to our marina. i told him to start advertising the park; he also now rent kayaks for people coming for the weekend or longer. You are not alone in your concerns about staying in shape.
