I'm not sure if this it the proper place or OTDE. Del. Dwyer elicits strong emotions from both his supporters and opponents. I'm sure there will be endless posturing on this. And some of it might even have to do with boating safety.
The rule on my boat is that, Drinking is allowed, for the ladies, encouraged. But at least one person has to be stone cold sober at all times until we're tied to the dock. And that's me.
For those of you not familiar with the area, the Magothy is a beautiful river.
