It's important to ensure that your crew is familiar with how your boat works. Last weekend I took the dedicated deckhands through the drill.:rolleyes:

Might add this to the "why we deal with owning boats" thread . . .
 
I can tell from the photo , those folks have a Vitamin D deficiency.

Sunshine on bare skin is the best cure. T shirts OFF , for health reasons at all times!!
